Currently serving as VP of Talent Acquisition at Neovia Logistics since January 2020, Terry oversees talent acquisition, development, performance management, compliance, and immigration for a global logistics organization with over 8,000 employees. Prior roles include Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at Nokia, Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Alorica, and multiple leadership positions at Xerox Business Services, where Terry played a key role in integrating talent acquisition functions following acquisitions. Terry also served as President and CEO of Ultimate Consulting, Inc., specializing in HR consulting and executive placement. Terry is actively involved in the Dallas HR community, holding various leadership positions, including President. Terry holds a BA from Southern Methodist University.
