Priyanka Jain has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Priyanka is currently working at Neptune Software as the Global Head of Support since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Global Team Lead- Technical Support from March 2021 to December 2021. In their previous role as a Go-to-Market Specialist from May 2020 to February 2021, they contributed to the company's marketing efforts. Earlier in their career, Priyanka worked as a Senior Developer at Neptune Software from January 2018 to May 2020, where they handled Corporate Social Responsibility Projects and managed product support systems. Before joining Neptune Software, they worked as a Frontend Utvikler at Bymiljøetaten, a Web Developer at Media Netwerk AS, and a Software Developer at Nextsys AS. Priyanka began their career as a Software Engineer at Hughes Systique (HSC) and later worked as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies. Priyanka also gained valuable experience through a summer internship at the Defence Research and Development Organisation.

Priyanka Jain earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University between 2002 and 2006. Priyanka then pursued further education at BI Norwegian Business School, where they obtained an Executive MBA degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from 2023 to 2024. In addition to their degrees, Priyanka Jain also holds certifications including SAP Fiori Overview: Design, Develop and Deploy from SAP, acquired in July 2020, and PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate from PeopleCert, obtained in January 2017.
