Charlotte Armstrong

Charlotte Armstrong is a versatile professional with extensive experience in change management, web development, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Computing Consultant (Change Management Specialist) at the University of Waterloo, Charlotte focuses on stakeholder relationships and the migration of the Waterloo Content Management System.
