David Slaugh

David Slaugh has over a decade of experience in various software engineering and web development roles. David currently works as a Senior Software Engineer at Nerd United, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Sentry Data Systems as a Senior PHP Developer from July 2020 to October 2021. Before that, they had a similar role at Sentry Data Systems, focusing on security issue remediation from August 2019 to December 2019.

David has also worked as a Senior PHP Consultant at PDS from November 2018 to January 2019. David gained experience in developing applications for the Veterans Administration's Direct Secure Messaging at BlueGuardian IT from October 2017 to August 2018, ensuring compliance with Section 508 for users with disabilities.

In addition, David worked as a Senior Software Engineer at SilverVue from June 2016 to October 2017, developing web and mobile applications for hospital patients transitioning to post-acute care facilities. David was also a Senior Web Developer at Sharpr.com from May 2014 to June 2016, working on a SaaS website used by major marketing companies.

Prior to that, David provided web development consulting services through their own company, David Slaugh Web Development, from January 2013 to May 2014. David also worked as a PHP Developer at SolutionStream from June 2012 to January 2013 and as a Web Developer at SoftwareMedia.com from August 2008 to March 2011.

David Slaugh earned an Associate's degree in Computer Programming from Stevens Henager College in the years 2000 to 2001.
