Vimisha Dharamdasani

Vimisha Dharamdasani has a diverse and extensive work experience. Vimisha currently works as a Senior Research Associate at Nereid Therapeutics since 2023. Prior to that, they were an MPhil student and Boehringer Ingelheim fellow at the University of Cambridge from 2019 to 2023. During their time at Harvard University from 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Research Assistant. Vimisha also served as a Visiting Scholar at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2018, where they focused on studying lysosomal storage diseases and the role of lysosomes in chemotherapy resistance. Before that, they worked as an Assistant for the Note Taking Services and as a Research Assistant at Northeastern University from 2016 to 2017. Vimisha also worked as a Project Manager at Sanjeevani NGO in 2016, where they conducted waste management workshops and trained residents on effective waste handling. Vimisha'swork experience also includes a role as an Undergraduate Research Intern at the Institute Of Chemical Technology from 2014 to 2015, where they worked on protein drug delivery. Additionally, they were the Overall Event Head at Vortex '14 - The Chem Fest in 2014. Vimisha started their career in 2011 as an Administrative Support at YogaForKids, where they provided marketing and PR support, designed logos and websites, and helped organize public events.

Vimisha Dharamdasani has a diverse education history. Vimisha obtained a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Molecular Biology from the University of Cambridge between 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Biotechnology from Northeastern University from 2016 to 2018. Vimisha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from the Institute Of Chemical Technology, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Vimisha completed high school at Arya Vidya Mandir Bandra west from 2000 to 2010.

In terms of certifications, Vimisha has a 200-hour Yoga teacher certification from The Yoga Institute Official, which they obtained in October 2022. Vimisha also holds a certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) for an approved Nutrition course. Furthermore, they completed a Basic Level Teacher Training course from Yogaforkids.
