Marina Nogueira

Marina Nogueira is an experienced professional in demand planning and supply chain management, currently working at Nestlé Nespresso SA as an SME OMP Support since January 2019, where responsibilities include supporting global markets in the adoption of the OMP system. Previously, Marina held roles as DSP Manager and OMP project country lead for Nespresso Portugal, focusing on demand and supply planning, and as a Global Demand Planner at Nespresso HQ. Marina has also served as Demand Planner Manager and S&OP Lead at L'Oréal, where efforts were directed towards improving demand planning efficiency. Early career experiences include roles as an SAP consultant and industrial engineer, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering and technology. Additionally, Marina has been a Master MindBody Coach since December 2019, focusing on enhancing individual strengths through coaching. Marina holds a graduate degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
