James Phipps

James Phipps is currently the Deputy Director at the Innovation Growth Lab, a global laboratory for innovation and growth policy. Prior to this role, James held various positions in different government departments, including being the Head of Economic Analysis and Policy Development at Nesta. With a background in economics and mathematical economics, James has extensive experience in policy development, strategic analysis, and evaluating government programs related to economic growth, business support, and labor market analysis.
