John Loder

John Loder has a diverse work experience in the financial and advisory sectors. John started their career as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch in 2000 and worked there until 2002. John then joined Corin Capital LLP as a Partner from 2002 to 2008. After that, they worked as a Fund Advisor at The Young Foundation from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, they became the Head of Health Advisory at The Young Foundation and held this position until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, John worked as a Senior Programme Manager at Nesta. John then became the Head of Strategy - Health Lab at Nesta from 2015 to 2019. Currently, they are working at Nesta as an Investment Director, a position they have held since February 2019.

John Loder attended University of Oxford from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors. Their field of study at Oxford was Physics and Philosophy. After a break in their education, John resumed their studies in 2010 at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). John completed a Master of Science program in Comparative Politics (Politics and Markets) from LSE in 2012, focusing on Political Science and Government.
