About the Position:
The Sales Executive (United Kingdom Market) – fully remote from Cape Town, South Africa - will primarily be responsible to grow the current existing United Kingdom property portfolio by converting ‘new qualified sales leads’ into actual ‘new sales’ but at the same time achieve an excellent ‘conversion rate’ (news sales leads ‘provided’ vs new sales leads ‘closed’). The position will oversee the entire sales process from start to finish. The Sales Executive will also be responsible to form constructive long term business relationships with landlords that will ensure the retention of current business as well as acquiring of new business. The position reports directly to the ‘Head of Sales’
