Head Of Product Industrialization & Corporate Technical Application Groups at Nestlé Health Science

Christoph Cavadini (PhD) has extensive work experience in the field of nutrition and food microbiology. Christoph started their career at Nestlé in 1995 as a Research Scientist in Food Microbiology. Christoph then held various roles including Project Manager, Head General Food Microbiology, and Quality Coordinator Bioscience Department. In 2002, they became Head of Applied Nutrition and later served as Coordinator for New Probiotic Research & Development Pipeline. From 2007 to 2011, they were the Head of Sport Nutrition Product Development and leader of the CEREALS Biotechnology Platform. In 2011, they joined Nestlé Health Science as the Head of Product Development for the Osthofen Factory in Germany. Christoph then took on the role of Head of Product Industrialization and Corporate Technical Application Groups. Overall, Christoph Cavadini has a wealth of experience in food science, product development, and industrialization.

Christoph Cavadini obtained their LM-Dipl. Ing degree in Food Technology and General Food Microbiology from the University of Hohenheim in 1992. Christoph then went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in General Food Microbiology & Molecular Biology from the same university in 1995. In 2009, they attended the London Business School for Leadership Development. Christoph also completed the Nestlé mMBA Program in 2010, focusing on Leadership and Business Skills Development. In 2011, they participated in a Leading Innovation program at Nestlé Rive Reine.
