Allan Vinicius de Castro is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in sourcing management, particularly in the cocoa sector, and is currently a Commodities Procurement Manager at Nestlé since May 2016. Allan's role involves leading sourcing strategies for Europe, implementing sustainability programs, conducting risk analysis, and optimizing logistics costs.
