Doris Boateng

Doris Boateng is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Regional Learning and Development Manager at Nestlé Central & West Africa Region since January 2023. Prior to this role, Doris held the position of Learning and Talent Development Manager at Wilmar International from January 2018 to January 2023, and worked as an HR Executive at PZ Cussons from May 2017 to May 2018. Earlier in Doris's career, a role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist was undertaken at Pasir Gudang Edible Oils (PGEO) from May 2016 to April 2017, and experience was gained as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi from July 2013 to August 2014. Doris Boateng holds two MSc degrees in Management and Economics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
