Interface Engineer II at Net Health

Mark Bradford has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries. Mark started their career as a Sales Associate at Dollar Tree Stores in October 2010 and worked there until September 2011. Following that, they joined Target as a Team Member in April 2012 and remained there until July 2013. Mark then joined ReDoc Software in August 2013 as a Tier I Support. In 2014, they joined Net Health as a Tier I Technical Analyst and later moved on to become a Tier II Technical Analyst in January 2016. Mark eventually became an Interface Engineer I at Net Health in May 2019, and their employment there is ongoing.

Mark Bradford attended Volunteer State Community College in 2010 but did not obtain a degree or field of study. Mark then went on to attend ITT Technical Institute in Nashville from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Information Systems CyberSecurity. Additionally, Mark has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Learning Python in March 2019, Phone-Based Customer Service, Working with Upset Customers, and Writing Customer Service Emails in October 2018, and Customer Service Foundations (2014) and Innovative Customer Service Techniques in September 2018.
