Michelle Berg Cspo

Michelle Berg has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the information technology industry. Michelle is currently the Director of Implementation at Net Health, where they oversee the implementation of software solutions. Prior to this, they were the Manager of Implementation and Training Delivery at Net Health.

Before joining Net Health, Michelle worked at Optima Healthcare Solutions as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for managing and delivering projects. Michelle also served as a Product Analyst, where they gathered requirements and designed solutions for therapy products, interoperability, and outpatient clinics. Additionally, they worked as an Operations Engineer, overseeing IT and DevOps projects.

Michelle started their career at Martin County BOCC, where they held multiple roles. As a Systems Analyst, they contributed to the deployment of Windows 7 and served as a SharePoint administrator. As a Desktop Analyst, they provided software and hardware support and analyzed business processes to improve efficiency. In their earlier years at the Martin County BOCC, they worked as a Desktop Computer Specialist, providing desktop support and conducting training sessions.

Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated expertise in project management, requirements gathering, solution design, and technical support. Michelle holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Michelle Berg, CSPO, PMP has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Technology Management which they obtained from Devry University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Indian River State College from 2000 to 2002 and earned an A.S. degree in Information Technology.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Michelle Berg has obtained several certifications. Michelle is a Project Management Professional (PMP), certified by the Project Management Institute, which they achieved in June 2023. Michelle has also completed a Leadership in Tech certification from LinkedIn in November 2020.
