Michelle Rubio

Michelle Rubio is an experienced transcriptionist currently employed at Net Transcripts, Inc. since November 2019, specializing in transcriptions for law enforcement agencies. Additionally, since July 2011, Michelle has been transcribing meetings for the Washington County Board of Commissioners and Planning Commission.
