Danielle Tachman

Danielle Tachman has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Danielle started their career in 2017 as an Evaluation Specialist at Adam Milo, where they worked until 2018. In 2019, they joined Elbit Systems Ltd as a Budget Analyst and then transitioned to the role of HRBP until 2020. In 2021, they joined Netafim as an HRIS and HR data management lead and also took on the role of HRIS & C&B Analyst. Currently, they are working at Lightricks as an HRIS Lead & HR Analytics.

From 2014 to 2017, Danielle Tachman earned a Bachelor's degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Danielle then pursued their education at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they completed the requirements towards a master's degree in Psychology in 2018, and obtained their formal Master's degree in Social Psychology between 2018 and 2020.
