Eric DeMont has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Eric began their career as a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo in 2006 and later joined Bellco Credit Union as a Financial Specialist in 2008. In the same year, Eric transitioned to the field of sales and marketing, joining Hitachi Vantara as an Eagle Program Leader. In this role, they developed and launched the HDS Eagle Program, a highly successful initiative aimed at grooming sales professionals for roles in Sales and Marketing Departments. Eric then took on the role of National Channel Manager at Hitachi Vantara, where they served as an internal advocate for partners, overseeing business growth activities and leading sales and marketing campaigns for lead generation.
Following their time as National Channel Manager, Eric became the Strategic Alliances Manager for the Americas at Hitachi Vantara. In this role, they led engagement across all 22 North American districts and achieved joint revenue goals with a GSI partner. Eric also implemented alliance enablement strategies to ensure sustainability and oversaw the completion of technical and sales certifications required by partnership agreements.
In 2015, Eric transitioned to the role of Americas Lead Generation - Sales Leader at Hitachi Vantara. In this position, they drove a successful lead generation program in the US and Canada for the $4 billion information and technology organization.
Most recently, Eric joined NetAlly in 2019 as a Channel Account Manager. Eric'sresponsibilities include providing IT network professionals with leading network testing solutions, collaborating with partners, and executing sales and marketing campaigns for lead generation.
Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated strong leadership abilities, strategic planning skills, and expertise in sales and marketing.
Eric DeMont has a diverse education history. Eric completed an extended Cybersecurity course at the University of Colorado Boulder, with an anticipated completion year of 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Project Management with a specialization in Data Management & Analysis from Colorado State University Global, completing their studies between 2014 and 2018. Before their undergraduate studies, Eric attended JK Mullen, although the specific details regarding their time there are unknown. Additionally, Eric has obtained various certifications to enhance their skill set. These include Linux Security and Microsoft Security certifications from the University of Colorado Boulder, both achieved in 2023.
