James Brian Taylor

James Brian Taylor is an experienced Senior Technical Writer with a robust background in technology documentation spanning over two decades. Currently at NetApp since March 2014, James writes comprehensive materials for on-premise and cloud-based storage and management products, combining hands-on testing with content creation. Prior to this role, James worked at Juniper Networks, where content focused on the SRX Series Services Gateway, and initiated a cross-functional project for subnet guidelines.
