Zach Pino

Zach Pino is the Chief People Officer at NetBase Quid. Zach has previous experience working as the Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President at DigiCert, Inc., as well as the Director of Buyer Protection at eBay. Prior to that, they worked as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Operations Manager, and Sales Supervisor at Starwood Hotels and Resorts.

Pino has been with NetBase Quid since September 2017. Zach joined the company in advance of a competitive acquisition that moved DigiCert from a 200 person US-based company to a large global business. Pino hired and partnered with an amazing (and bootstrapped) team to design, launch and administer/optimize all people and hr programs from the ground up to support our combined company at scale- $600m + revenue and significant EBITDA. Operating in 16 locations globally, including: US (Bay Area, Utah, Remote), UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, South Africa, Australia, India and Japan.

Zach Pino has a Bachelors in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Utah, with an English Minor. Zach also has a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Program from Cornell University.

Zach Pino reports to Peter Caswell, Chairman & CEO. They work with Bob Goodson - President, Bob Ciccone - EVP, Corporate Development, and Lisa Wall - VP, Insights Delivery.
