Nicholas Bauer

Nicholas Bauer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Nicholas currently holds the position of VP of Sales at NetBrain Technologies Inc. Since joining VMware in 2013, Nicholas has held various senior positions, including Senior Director of Sales for the US and Director of Sales. In these roles, they were responsible for managing multiple business units, collaborating with the VMware/ Dell network, and consistently meeting sales goals. Prior to that, Nicholas served as the Head of Sales for the West Region at Veeam Software, where they achieved strong sales performance and exceeded revenue targets. Nicholas also had experience as the Head of New Business Development at The Syllogist Group and Corporate Sales Manager at Laser Life Inc. Nicholas is highly experienced in sales management, driving sales team performance, and developing efficient sales processes.

Nicholas Bauer obtained a BBA in Business from LaGrange College in 2000. Nicholas then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Georgia in 2002. Nicholas also holds several certifications, including VMware Certified Advanced Professional 6 - Desktop and Mobility Design from VMware, obtained in 2020, VMware Certified Professional 7 - Desktop and Mobility from VMware, obtained in 2018, Leadership Training from Stephen R. Covey Leadership Center, obtained in 2011, Accredited Presales Professional - HP Enterprise Solutions [2010] (APP-ESS10) from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, obtained in 2010, and additional certifications from Dale Carnegie Training in High Impact Presentations and Leadership Training for Managers.
