Ishita Agrawal

Ishita Agrawal currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Netcore Cloud since May 2023, focusing on optimizing CPAAS efficiency and developing client strategies. Recognized as a Star Performer of Q4 and awarded the Excellence in CSM Award 2024, Ishita identifies upsell opportunities and collaborates with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction. Previously, Ishita held key roles in marketing and sponsorship at TEDxMICA and gained product marketing experience at Penned Peeps. Additionally, Ishita has interned in digital marketing and strategy at MSLGROUP India and Beanstalkedu Services Pvt Ltd, and served as President of the Department of Journalism at Delhi College of Arts and Commerce.
