Daniel Ellis is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and leadership consulting. Currently serving as Director of Employment Legal for EMEA at Netflix since January 2019, Daniel has previously held roles as a Leadership Assessment Consultant at Spencer Stuart from May 2017 to January 2019, and as a Partner in Employment Law at Baker McKenzie from May 2001 to April 2017. Earlier in Daniel's career, roles included Solicitor in Employment Law at Bird & Bird and Trainee Solicitor & Solicitor at Farrer & Co. Daniel is an alumnus of the University of Oxford, where a BA was earned from 1991 to 1994, and attended Westcliff High School for Boys from 1984 to 1991.
