Jenilee Deal

Jenilee Deal is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Netflix since January 2018, Jenilee oversees the HR Business Partner function for the Global Legal department and has held interim roles focused on talent management and organizational development. Previous roles include VP of People at Expanse, Head of Employee Success at Gainsight, and Director of Human Resources at Delphix. Jenilee has also contributed to the HR field as an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners and as Chair of the SHRM Young Professionals Advisory Council. Jenilee holds a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University.
