Kelsea Wentz

Kelsea Wentz is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and management, currently serving as a Senior Product Design Manager at Netflix since May 2015, leading the Design Systems team. Prior roles at Netflix include Product Designer and Product Design Manager, where Kelsea contributed to designing internal platforms and led design efforts for financial and legal systems. Previously, Kelsea worked as a Mobile Product Designer at Prolific Interactive, collaborating with clients like Angie's List and Abercrombie + Fitch, and as a UI/UX Designer at CrossFit, Inc., where significant projects included the development of the Reebok CrossFit Games mobile app. Kelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rhodes College, participated in a law internship at Boston College, and engaged in a summer exchange program focusing on European History at the University of Oxford.
