Kenneth Park

Kenneth Park is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Director - Head of HR M&A at Netflix, Kenneth previously held roles at American Express, including Vice President and Director of HR/CEG Mergers and Acquisitions. Kenneth's career also includes positions at PwC as a Manager and at KPMG US in the Advisory People and Change group. Earlier, Kenneth worked as a Senior Consultant at Aon Hewitt, leading human capital strategies for Fortune 500 clients. Competing in legal claims management at Hartford Financial Products and as an Associate at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP further rounds out Kenneth's expertise. Kenneth holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Literature from Franklin and Marshall College.
