Kenny Temowo

Kenny Temowo is a senior member of the Leadership Culture & Talent Development team at Netflix, focusing on the creative vision and production of leadership and talent initiatives across EMEA since April 2022. With extensive experience in talent development, Kenny has held roles such as Global Head of Talent Development and Inclusion at Improbable and Senior People and Talent Innovation Consultant at PA Consulting. Additionally, Kenny serves as a freelance career and leadership coach and was a member of the Board of Governors at Dunraven School. Kenny's educational background includes an Advanced Certificate in Education from The Institute of Education, U. of London, a PGCE from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a BMus from the University of Roehampton.
