Nike Chapman is a Creative Design Lead at Netflix, overseeing design teams to produce innovative marketing key art and product art campaigns since November 2019. Prior to Netflix, Nike worked as a Freelance Art Director at The Refinery Creative from 2013 to 2019, creating key art and dynamic 360º entertainment campaigns for notable projects such as "The Crown" and "Killing Eve." Earlier experience includes work as a Freelance Art Director collaborating with various agencies and studios, and as a Graphic Designer at Gravillis Inc. and Radio Disney, focusing on compelling designs across multiple media formats. Nike holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Utah, earned in 2009.
