Matthias Lorz

Matthias Lorz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matthias started their career as a Student at Berufsakademie Mannheim and later worked as a Consultant at NCR Teradata. Matthias then joined Wincor Nixdorf International GmbH, where they held positions as an Executive Assistant and Marketing Manager Software & Solutions. Lorz then moved to arvato High-Tech as the Director of Business Development, responsible for portfolio development and acquiring new clients. After that, they joined ALSO Deutschland GmbH as the Managing Director of Service, overseeing the services portfolio and delivering solutions for various areas. Lorz then joined Hagemeyer Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG as the Chief Sales Officer, responsible for streamlining the sales organization and implementing cross-divisional sales operations. Following that, they became a Shareholder at AFB eSolutions GmbH & Co. KG, where they managed electronic marketplaces and ordering platforms for B2B clients. Lorz then joined Sievert Baustoffe GmbH & Co. KG as the Speaker of the Management Board, overseeing sales and related departments. Currently, they are the Head of Post Merger Integration at netgo.
