Katarzyna Roj is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and people management, currently serving as the Head of Talent at Netguru since May 2021, where responsibilities include leading the Talent Acquisition and People Departments, introducing data-driven recruitment strategies, and restructuring the department. Prior to Netguru, Katarzyna held various key roles at Luxoft from November 2010 to May 2021, ultimately becoming the Macroregion Recruitment Director for Central and Western Europe, managing a team of 60 recruiters across multiple countries. Previous experience includes roles at Verizon Business and Alexander Mann Solutions, with a strong educational foundation in English Philology, Spanish Language and Literature, and Business Coaching from various prestigious institutions.
