Job Description: 

Netradyne is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager/Enterprise Sales to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales qualified opportunities from the ground up and collaborating with Regional Sales Managers in the US to meet and exceed their expectations.

Job Title: Business Development Manager 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Generate sales qualified opportunities (SQOs) through proactive multi outreach prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  2. Business Development: Identify, strategize and engage with potential prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points, and position Netradyne's solutions as viable solutions.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with Regional Sales Managers in the US to align strategies, meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Account Research: Conduct thorough research on prospects and target accounts to gather valuable insights into their industry, business needs, pain points, decision-making processes, and key stakeholders (RPC). Utilize various resources and tools to gather data and analyse market trends, company details, current solution, fleet size, budget allocation, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for engagement.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships.
  7. Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement to drive conversions.
  8. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Masters Preferred from reputed university. 
  • 3 years’ experience in B2B Sales (US Market).
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales role, preferably in technology solutions, SAAS or telematics industry.
  • Fluency in English. Ability to speak English as if a native speaker.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, lead generation techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in the US shift (5 days a week) from the Bangalore office.
  • Experience collaborating with cross teams or international stakeholders is a plus.
  • Hands on experience in CRM and Sales tools

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. To do so, we will require either (1) a valid power of attorney, or (2) signed written permission from you. In the event your authorized agent is relying on signed written permission, we may also need to verify your identity and/or contact you directly to confirm permission to proceed with the request.

As noted above, if your request concerns Personal Information collected in our capacity as a service provider to a client, we are not responsible for responding to the request and may send the request to the client for a response.

Governing law

This Services are provided in the United States, and are located and targeted to persons in the United States and our policies are directed at compliance with those laws. If you are uncertain whether this Policy conflicts with the applicable local privacy laws where you are located, you should not submit your Personal Information to Netradyne.
