Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the Senior Business Operations Specialist will lead cross-functional complex projects, system optimization, and mange order fulfillment for enterprise customers.  This person will manage RMAs, asset tracking and warranties. This position requires strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales, customer success, product management, inventory & logistics, and other teams to ensure accurate demand planning, and smooth order management for enterprise customers. This will involve coordinating with these teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure processes comply with company policies and procedures. It will also involve direct communication with customers.
  • Accountable for leading, planning, execution, and monitoring large, complex projects.
  • Lead identification of system enhancements for CPQ and Salesforce including quote configuration and order fulfillment to scale the business and support enterprise customers.
  • Responsible for creating business requirements for system enhancements and monitoring the execution of key initiatives against measurable success criteria.
  • Communicate cross functionally including with remote teams in the US and India to ensure successful implementation of new system enhancements. This includes review of business requirements, detailed test cases, testing in UAT, etc.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for RMAs, returns, asset tracking, and warranties, including identifying process enhancements.
  • Monitor RMA run rate to ensure sufficient inventory is available to fill RMAs.
  • Responsible for managing the receipt and asset creation of incoming shipments.
  • Document processes and procedures as needed.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to streamline operations and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Responsible for quality assurance and accuracy of End of Day Shipping reports.
  • Accounting True Up for trials and RMAs
  • Support the build-out of scalable processes, procedures, and capabilities to meet global growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional internal teams.

Background Required: 

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Operations
  • Project Management (PMP Certification Preferred)
  • Understanding of process mapping and business process reengineering.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to work in and lead cross-functional and global teams.

Economic Package Includes:

  • Salary $70,000- $90,000
