Justin Marshall has had a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Justin is currently serving as the Chief Experience Officer at Netrush since July 2022. Before this role, they held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Netrush from February 2021 to August 2022.

Prior to joining Netrush, Justin worked at Wunderman Thompson where they held the title of EVP, Growth - WT West Region (SEA | LA | OC | SD | Denver + Mobile) from April 2020 to February 2021. Justin also served as President at Wunderman Thompson from November 2018 to April 2020.

Justin's earlier roles include Director of Business Development, Seattle and Account Director at POSSIBLE - part of WPP from April 2012 to October 2012 and December 2009 to May 2012, respectively. Justin also worked at ZAAZ as an Assoc. Account Director from January 2008 to January 2009 and as a Sr. User Experience Architect from June 2006 to December 2008.

Starting their career, Justin worked at the Washington State Department of Transportation as part of the Interactive Communications team from September 2001 to May 2006.

Justin Marshall has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwest University. Justin further pursued their education at the University of Washington, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Centered Design & Engineering from 2006 to 2008.
