Hoang Kim Vuong

Hoang Kim Vuong has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Their most recent position is as a Cross Border Product Manager at NETS, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Sea as a Product Manager for Regional Merchant Services from July 2020 to August 2022. In this role, they were responsible for projects such as the Payment Gateway Project and Internal Merchant/OPs CRM.

Before joining Sea, Hoang Kim Vuong was a Senior Consultant at VBase Digital from April 2020 to June 2020. They also held several roles at YOOSE - Location-based advertising solutions, starting as the Vietnam Business Manager in September 2016 and ending in June 2020. In this position, they established rapport with advertising agencies in Vietnam, increased APAC's revenue from Vietnam, and expanded the Sales and Ops Team.

Prior to YOOSE, Hoang Kim Vuong worked at Edit Suits Co. as the SG Chief Butler from October 2015 to September 2016. They increased efficiency, automated SOPs, and improved service quality by establishing relationships with alteration vendors.

Their earlier work experience includes an internship at Bloomberg LP as a Financial Sales and Analytics Intern from May 2013 to August 2013. They also had a role at Citi as a Summer-Winter Intern in the Asia FX Options Structuring Desk from July 2012 to December 2012. In this role, they streamlined functions for Asia's sales teams, programmed pitch-books for regional sales teams, and facilitated derivative workshops.

Hoang Kim Vuong completed their education at various academic institutions. They attended NUS High School of Math and Sciences from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a diploma with honors in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry. Later, from 2010 to 2014, they studied at Singapore Management University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and another Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Economics and Finance.

In addition to their formal education, Hoang Kim Vuong has obtained several certifications. In November 2022, they completed a course titled "Learning Secure Payments and PCI" from LinkedIn. In August 2022, they obtained a certification in "SQL for Data Science" from Coursera. In February 2019, they completed a course called "Data Science A-Z™: Real-Life Data Science" on Udemy. Finally, in December 2018, they obtained a certification in "The Startup Equity Calculator" from Udemy as well.
