Steve Craycraft

Steve Craycraft has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Steve began their career at Nortel in 2002, where they held various roles, including Acting Director Packet Mobile Switching Center Development, Strategic Executive Manager, and IMS Core PLM Leader. Steve then joined Nominum in 2007 as a Senior Consultant Sales Engineer, responsible for pre-sales architecture and technical account management for Tier 1 Carrier customers. In 2009, they moved to Cisco as a Systems Engineer, specializing in wireless packet core technology and providing technical sales support for Verizon Wireless. In 2012, Steve joined NETSCOUT as a Systems Engineer, where they provided strategic and tactical technical sales support for Verizon Wireless, focusing on wireless network monitoring and VoLTE solutions. Steve later took on the role of Principal Solutions Engineer, supporting Tier 2 customers and handling pre-sales activities in the Eastern United States, as well as UCaaS and CCaaS opportunities. More recently, they have taken up the role of Principal 5G Enterprise Architect.

Steve Craycraft's education history begins in 1985 when they enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder. From 1985 to 1989, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Additionally, during the same period, they obtained another Bachelor of Science (Bachelors of Science) degree in the same field of study.

In 1992, Steve enrolled at The University of Dallas, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Telecommunications Management. Steve completed their MBA program in 1999.

It is worth noting that Steve Craycraft returned to the University of Colorado Boulder between 1985 and 1989 to obtain another Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Furthermore, in 1994, they returned to The University of Dallas and successfully obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Telecommunications Management, completing it in 1999.
