Joseph Colombo began their work experience in 2010 at Honeywell Security, ADI Global Distribution as a Marketing Support Administrator. In 2012, they joined Key Auto Group as a Business Development employee for a brief period before moving on to RSA, a Dell Technologies company. At RSA, they held the position of Customer Relations, Support Analyst (Lead) from June 2012 to April 2016. Joseph then transitioned to the role of Operations, Customer Support from April 2016 to July 2019. Since 2019, Joseph has been working as a Technical Account Manager at NetWitness.
Joseph Colombo attended the University of Connecticut from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism and Communication Sciences. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2021.
