Ray Brejcha is a seasoned executive coach and entrepreneur with extensive experience in leadership development and business consulting. Currently serving as a Partner and Executive Coach at Neuberg, Gore & Associates since July 2020, Brejcha has supported over 1,000 startup founders and executives. With a history of founding Ray Brejcha Exec Coaching, LLC in July 2004, Brejcha has guided over 400 clients globally in scaling their businesses and enhancing their leadership abilities. Previous roles include Executive Coach at Refound, Sales Director at Automation Anywhere, Gartner, Oracle, and Information Builders, as well as coaching small business owners through Peak Potentials Training. Brejcha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis from California State University, Chico.
