Marc Stander has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marc is currently working at Neudesic as the Global Director of Client Delivery and Solutions. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing software delivery for clients in North America and ensuring that projects align with strategic objectives. Prior to this, Marc worked as the National Director of Client Delivery at Neudesic and as the Director of Client Delivery, where they led engagement management, business development, practice development, and people development.

Marc also worked at the University of Denver as an Adjunct Faculty Professor, where they shared their expertise with students. Before that, they served as the Sr. Director of IT Service Delivery Customer Solutions at Xcel Energy, where they oversaw the implementation of digital customer transformation initiatives. This included DevOps, Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery, digital channels, data and analytics, and AWS initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Marc held the position of Director of Mobile Solutions at Jacobs. Marc led the development of a mobile field capture program that was utilized in strategic projects. Additionally, they consolidated multiple tools into the JacobsOmni platform.

Prior to their work at Jacobs, Marc was the Global IT Application Delivery Director at CH2M, where they led the strategy, direction, and execution of software application technologies. Additionally, they worked at Channelpoint INC as a QA Manager, overseeing quality assurance for B2B and B2C software applications. Marc also served as a Staff Specialist-Eng/Integration Test Lead at MCI Worldcom, where they led integration testing for large software development projects.

Marc's educational background includes a Master of Science in Management of Technology (MOTM).

Marc Stander, PMP, CSM, MS - MOTM, has a strong educational background in technology management and project management. In 1997, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Systems from the University of Northern Colorado. Following this, from 2001 to 2003, Marc pursued a Masters of Science in Technology Management (MOTM) at the University of Denver. During this time, they also completed an Advanced Certificate in Leadership.

To further enhance their project management skills, Marc obtained additional certifications. In 2006, they became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by completing the program offered by the Project Management Institute. In 2016, Marc expanded their expertise by becoming a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance.

Continuing their professional development, Marc also acquired certifications in specific areas. In 2021, they completed the "Communicating with Charisma" certification program offered by LinkedIn. Additionally, Marc obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2006 and the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Agile Scrum Alliance™ in 2016.
