Ryan Swift has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Ryan started their career at Xerox, where they contributed to the development of image-quality software. Ryan then moved on to E2 Consulting Group, where they managed web-based development projects for clients such as Major League Baseball and the US Tennis Association.

Ryan's career progressed to roles at Avnet Services, where they served as a Senior Technical Consultant and later became a Senior Information Technology Project Manager. Ryan was responsible for leading project teams and providing technical expertise for top anchor accounts.

Afterward, they joined Sirius Computer Solutions as a Delivery Director, where they provided strategic consulting, leadership, and client management services. Ryan played a crucial role in developing self-service web portals for health insurance business and consistently exceeded expectations.

Ryan then worked at Magenic as a Consulting Manager, where they managed a consulting team and led client engagements in Agile project development. Ryan balanced professional skills with intuition and creativity to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Before their current role at Neudesic as the Director of Client Delivery, Ryan was a Delivery Director at Cognizant Softvision. Ryan managed a $20M portfolio of accounts in the New York region and developed vendor-client relationships while overseeing project delivery and risk management.

Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a knack for building and maintaining client relationships. Ryan is proficient in Agile methodologies and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality work products on time.

Ryan Swift obtained their Bachelor's degree in Imaging Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Additionally, they received a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2021.
