Alvaro V. Moncada

Alvaro V. Moncada is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Neuraptic AI, an AI research and deployment company committed to human needs and safety. Previously, from 2012 to 2023, they worked as the Managing Director for Durruti Digital. Before that, from 2011 to 2012, they were the Vice President of Digital Programming at Univision, where they successfully led and directed daily operations to create exclusive digital content. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as the Vice President of Business Development at Grupo Intereconomia, where they collapsed the fractured structure of the company into a single operation and opened access to revitalized resources. Additionally, from 2005 to 2008, they worked at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises as the Director of Content and Programming for Digital Media, where they helped start Hulu.com for Telemundo. Finally, from 1994 to 1998, they worked as a Digital Producer for The News and Observer, where they first launched their digital media division.

Alvaro V. Moncada completed their high school education at El Redin, although the start and end year are not provided. Alvaro V. then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree at the University of Navarra in Journalism and New Media, completing the program from 1990-1994. In 2020, they completed the Kellogg Digital Transformation Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. In the same year, they also completed an Artificial Intelligence course from Kellogg Executive Education. Most recently, they obtained a Digital Body Language certification from LinkedIn in May 2021.
