David (D.J.) Kaye has extensive experience in product design and user experience. David (D.J.) is currently the Director of Product Design at Neuro-ID since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Product Design at Blue Lava, Inc. from 2019 to 2022, where they led the company's product design and user experience efforts. At Blue Lava, Inc., they also managed the customer/prospect Design Partner Program and created blue-sky visions to inspire business requirements.
Before joining Blue Lava, Inc., David was the Lead User Experience Designer at McAfee from 2018 to 2019 and at Skyhigh Networks from 2015 to 2018. At Skyhigh Networks, they were responsible for designing B2B and internal applications and collaborating with Product Owners and Development teams.
Earlier in their career, David worked as a Principal Designer at Fidelity Investments from 2008 to 2015, where they designed complex web and mobile interfaces and led cross-functional teams. David (D.J.) also served as a Lead Consultant at Collaborative Consulting from 2004 to 2008, where they worked as an Information Architect and Business Analyst. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Systems Analyst at OneBeacon Insurance from 2000 to 2004 and as an Analyst at State Street Corporation in 1999.
David (D.J.) Kaye completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration at Boston University from 1995 to 1999. David (D.J.) then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Babson College, from 2001 to 2004. In 2008, they attended Bentley University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Human Factors In Information Design, completing their studies in 2011. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including the edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Web Accessibility from edX in an unspecified year, the Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) from the Society of Wine Educators in 2021, and the Professional Cook Certification (v.1) from Rouxbe Online Culinary School in 2015.
