Pascal Dutheil de la Rochère has over 27 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Pascal started their career at American Express Travel Related Service as a Project Manager in 1993. Later, they worked at Kuoni Business Travel International as an International Account Manager, where they managed large key accounts and developed business relations.

In 1997, Pascal joined BAT British American Tobacco International as the Global Duty Free Market Intelligence Manager. After three years, they moved on to become a Business angel financing & fund raising services professional at Venstart SA.

Pascal's entrepreneurial skills led him to establish ANDROMEDE Consulting sàrl in 2006, where they served as the General Partner & Owner. In this role, they provided advisory services to entrepreneurs and SME owners in company strategy, development, organization, and financial planning.

From 1990 to 1992, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Licence en Science Economiques, with a focus on Gestion d'entreprise et Finance. Afterwards, in 1993, they completed their Master's Degree in International Management at the same institution.
