Lionel Hounkanrin

Lionel Hounkanrin is a Senior Director of Financial Management Systems at American Bankers Association. Lionel is also the Director of Workday Finance Management System at the same organization. In addition, Lionel is the Founder and Author of Money-Smart Millennials, a platform that offers expert advice on personal finance, career development, and entrepreneurship. Prior to this, Lionel held various finance and banking roles at companies such as Evolent Health, Adventist HealthCare, and M&T Bank. Lionel holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, a Project Management certificate, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from University of Maryland Global Campus and Frederick Community College.
