Ashtyn Williams, PHR has extensive experience in the field of human resources. They began their career in 2009 at Michaels Stores, Inc., where they worked as an HR Professional and gained experience in both corporate and field HR. In 2013, Williams joined New Benefits as the Director of Human Resources, responsible for various HR functions such as compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and staffing. They have held multiple roles within the company, including HR Manager and HR Generalist. Throughout their career, Williams has demonstrated their expertise in HR policy development, recruitment, performance management, employee communication, and maintaining department SOPs.
