Kelly Masters

Kelly Masters is an experienced Behavior Specialist with a career spanning over two decades in various educational settings, currently serving at NBISD New Braunfels Independent School District since August 2022. Prior to this role, Kelly held positions at Alamo Heights Independent School District and Education Service Center Region 13, focusing on behavior support and leadership coaching. With expertise in developing Individual Education Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans, Kelly has successfully managed behavior support teams and facilitated district initiatives like Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS).
