Rochanda Carter

Rochanda Carter is an experienced educator with a background in biology, holding a Bachelor's degree from Grambling State University. Currently serving as the 3rd Grade Lead for Dual Language Math and Science at New Caney Independent School District and also functioning as an Instructional Coach since June 2021, Rochanda has demonstrated a strong commitment to student achievement and teacher development. Additionally, Rochanda has been associated with New Caney ISD as a Coach for Tavola Elementary since August 2014, contributing to educational excellence within the district.
