Frank Koehl

Frank Koehl is currently the Director of Engineering at New Context. Previously, they were the Director of Engineering at Copado from March 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Engineering at Refactored (podcast) from February 2019 to March 2021. Before that, they were at New Context from January 2015 to January 2019 as the Director of Software Engineering.

At Gorman Health Group, Frank oversaw all engineering operations including management of existing product development and strategies for new products with three direct reports and budgetary responsibility for $1 million. Frank successfully tapped into $5 million in untapped markets by developing a unique, market-differentiating, unified platform. Additionally, they increased the ad response rate by 6,250% by filling an important tech role, optimizing the hiring process for technical positions, rewriting the job description and improving ad placement.

During a consulting engagement, Frank created long-term value by providing a superior customer experience. Frank also proposed a 88% reduction in IT costs based on an expert analysis of vendor utilization. In addition, they decreased the hours required for proposed product re-engineering efforts by 12% by executing a dynamic product positioning strategy.
