Couto Silva

Couto Silva is currently serving as the Project Portfolio Management Principal at New Development Bank. Before this role, they held positions such as Coordinator for International Development and Sustainability at Ministério da Fazenda, and Deputy Director for Policy on Adaptation to Climate Change at Ministério do Meio Ambiente e Mudança do Clima. With a background in military communications from the Brazilian Army, Couto has also worked as a Communications Officer in various capacities. They are currently pursuing a degree in Infrastructure Engineering at Monash University.
