Lana Saleh possesses extensive experience in the field of biochemistry and molecular biology, currently serving as Associate Director of Research at New England Biolabs since January 2006, with a progression through roles such as Senior Scientist and Group Leader. Additionally, Lana holds leadership positions within The American Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, including Chair of the M. B. Sewer Distinguished Scholarship for Undergraduates and Deputy Chair of the Minority Affairs Committee, alongside being a Councilor for The American Chemical Society since February 2018. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Microbiology from Penn State University, a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from Youngstown State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the American University of Beirut.
