Gregory Pepper

Gregory Pepper serves as the Director of Campus Safety at New England College, having progressed through various roles within the campus safety department since June 2021. Previous experience includes positions as an Air Ramp Supervisor at UPS and a Police Sergeant at Merrimack College. Gregory's law enforcement background spans multiple roles, including Police Officer in the Town of Salem and at the City of Manchester Police Department, as well as a Corrections Officer at Rockingham County Department of Corrections. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education from New England College, a Master of Public Administration and a Master’s degree in Criminology from Merrimack College, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boston College.
