Jennifer Witeczek

Jennifer Witeczek has a diverse and extensive work experience in Human Resources. Jennifer is currently serving as the Vice President, HR Business Partner - Operations at New Fortress Energy, where they lead the HR team and collaborates with business leaders to support expansion efforts and improve organizational efficiency.

Prior to that, Jennifer worked at Trane Technologies as a Sr. HR Business Partner - Regional Functional Business Partner for four years. In this role, they partnered with leadership to implement HR strategies and processes, aligned with the company's vision and goals. Jennifer also played a key role in managing organizational culture transformation, change management implementation, and talent strategy planning.

Jennifer's experience also includes working at Zebra Technologies as a Sr. Manager Human Resources Latam, where they had overall HR responsibility for Latin America employees. Jennifer also served as a Sr. HR Manager Latin America at Ingram Micro, where they led the HR department for multiple countries and contributed to the company's expansion and growth in Latin America.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as a Compensation Analyst at Mercantil Commercebank N.A. and as an HR Manager at "Commercial Jet", where they established HR processes, managed benefits programs, conducted recruitment and selection processes, and implemented effective HR guidelines.

Jennifer Witeczek earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Nova Southeastern University. Jennifer also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Miami Dade College.
